In Memory of Lee

Ten years ago, we lost my mom, Lee, to pancreatic cancer.

A decade has passed, but the impact she had on our family has never gone away. Mom brought wisdom, strength, and courage into our lives. She was always there when we needed her, but she was also there for the fun, the laughter, and the good times that made life so special.

As a mom, she gave us so much more than memories. She gave us lessons, perspective, strength, and a sense of what it means to be there for the people you love. Those are things we continue to carry with us today.

Ten years after losing her, pancreatic cancer is still something that affects far too many families. That is why we are raising money in mom's memory — to support pancreatic cancer research and help raise awareness of this devastating disease.

I hope that by turning our loss into something positive, we can help researchers find better ways to detect and treat pancreatic cancer and, ultimately, give other families more time with the people they love.

This fundraiser is a way for us to remember Lee, honour the life she lived, and hopefully help make a difference for families facing pancreatic cancer today and in the future.

If you are able to donate, thank you. If you can't, sharing this page and helping raise awareness means just as much.

Ten years later, we still miss her. We still talk about her. And we still carry a piece of her with us every day.
