Pancreatic cancer is a fast-moving, devastating disease that takes far too many lives far too quickly. For me, this cause is personal. I’m running in memory of my Nannie, Thelma, who lost her life to pancreatic cancer.
Losing someone you love to this disease shows you just how desperately we need earlier detection, better treatment options, life-saving research, and support for the patients and families navigating this diagnosis.
