I'm fundraising for my dad, Michael
Hi, my name is Xavier, and I’m 10 years old. On October 24th, I’ll be running the Pancreatic Cancer Run for Survival in honour of my dad, Michael.
I was only 2½ years old when my dad lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. I may not remember everything about him, but I know how much he loved being my dad. He was so excited to become a dad, and I carry his love with me every day.
I’m running for my dad, and for all the dads, moms, grandparents, family members and friends who have been affected by pancreatic cancer.
I hope you’ll consider supporting my run and helping raise money for research, awareness, and better treatments so that other kids don’t have to grow up without their dad.
