I’m proud to be walking in Leah's Legacy, a memorial walk where we come together to remember Leah Crescenzo and support the cause of Pancreatic Cancer research by raising funds and awareness.
Leah was a beloved member of our community who courageously fought against Pancreatic Cancer until she passed away. In her memory, we are coming together for our annual memorial walk to celebrate her life and support the ongoing battle against this devastating disease.

Turning Grief Into Hope
Wednesday 8th JulLosing my twin sister Leah to pancreatic cancer changed my life forever.
In just four months, this disease took her from us. She was only 52. Watching someone you love face such an aggressive illness is heartbreaking, and losing her has left a space that can never be filled.
As twins, we shared a bond unlike any other. She was my first friend, best friend, and someone who understood me in a way no one else could.
Pancreatic cancer is often called a “silent” disease because symptoms usually appear only at an advanced stage. Before this journey, I knew very little about it. Now I know how urgently more awareness, research, and support are needed.
That is why with the help of my daughter Taylor, we are organizing a fundraiser for pancreatic cancer. This event is a way to honour my sister’s memory, celebrate her life, and bring hope to other families facing this diagnosis.
Every donation, participant, and share helps support research, raise awareness, and move us closer to earlier detection and better treatments.
We cannot change what happened to my sister, but we can help change what happens for someone else’s loved one.
