I'm fundraising for early detection and hope
Pancreatic cancer changed my life, but I was one of the fortunate ones. My cancer was discovered relatively early, almost by chance, before I had significant symptoms. Because of that, I had the opportunity for surgery and treatment—and, most importantly, hope.
That experience made me realize how critical early detection is. Too many people are diagnosed when the disease is already advanced, when their options are limited.
I’m participating because I want to help raise awareness and support research for earlier detection and better treatments.
I was given a chance. I want more people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer to have that same chance.
